RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns must be shipped before the end of the 7th day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it without any sign of wear including any smell of body odor or perfume attached to the item after even just trying it on. It must also be in the original packaging meaning the clear bag the the item comes in. If items do not come back in original clear packing bags, then a repackaging fee of $5 per item will be assed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or you can attach a note inside your package with your order number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days minus any initial shipping fees
If the items did not ship back the way they were shipped to customer, a $5 fee will be assessed and deducted from return total. In addition, if items were not shipped back in the original product bag, a $5 fee will be assessed and deducted from you return total. Please be considerate on the way you return items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not do Exchanges, you would have to return the item and repurchase it. I If the wrong item was sent to you, we will email prepaid label for it to be shipped back and will send out or refund the correct item back to you once we see the exchange is in process.
Return Shipping
Customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping and return label shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
